Cobra Ski & Board offer the best range of wakeboarding and water skiing gear. We pride our selves on providing a comprehensive and secure shopping environment for customers to purchase products and receive them quickly. Our service is backed by our long history in the industry and we encourage online customers to call or email us to ask for our advice if need be.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once you complete your online order process Cobra Ski & Board is notified and our staff kick into action. Your order details will be checked for errors and stock will be confirmed. If anything needs to be attended to we'll contact you straight away - Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of your order.

SHIPPING

FREIGHT FREE ANYWHERE ON THE AUSTRALIAN MAINLAND!!!!

Cobra Ski & Board understands how much you want the product as soon as you submit the order. So here are the facts:

  • All orders received before 2pm A.E.S.T. Monday to Friday will be packed and sent that day.
  • Deliveries take 2 to 5 days from the moment you click the submit order button.
  • Should the product not be available (due to: sizing, colour, style etc) we will contact you immediately.
  • All parcels sent require a signature on delivery; please make sure you use an address where a signature is available on delivery. No signature, no delivery!
  • All parcels sent from Cobra Ski & Board are traceable electronically.
  • All products that leave the Cobra Ski & Board warehouse are quality checked by our staff before they are packed.
  • And did we mention that there's FREE freight anywhere on the Australian mainland?!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cobra Ski & Board understands that people change their minds. That's why we offer a full in store credit/exchange on purchases subject to the following:

  1. Please ensure you have proof of purchase.
  2. Make sure the product is in unused condition and its original packaging (if packed).
  3. Credits and exchanges will be given for - incorrect size, upgrade of product and warranty claims. Other reasons please contact us.
  4. Credits and exchanges must be made within 3 weeks of the purchase date. This does not apply to warranty claims where the warranty period exceeds three weeks.
  5. We offer credits and exchanges only. No cash refunds.

To return a product you can either come into the store where we can do it on the spot. Or, contact Cobra Ski & Board via email or telephone (07 5549 0781) and arrange return delivery via post.

HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE

To redeem your Gift Certificate simply apply it during check out as follows:

  1. Shop at Cobra Ski & Board website.
  2. Add products to you shopping cart.
  3. Go to the "CHECKOUT" page.
  4. Enter your personal details.
  5. Select "Gift Certificate" as payment method.
  6. Enter your Gift Certificate ID and click the "Submit" button.

If you don't have enough credit on your Gift Certificate to cover your order, you can combine payment methods to complete the order. Simply select the payment option "Gift Certificate", enter the certificate ID and click submit. The system will calcuate the outstanding balance and ask you to select another payment option to complete the order. Enter another payment method and complete the order.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All water sport equipment sold by Cobra Ski & Board comes with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. Please read the warranty requirmements below to make your warranty claim as painless as possible:

  1. Return item to Cobra Ski & Board shop (address details)
  2. Include a your sales receipt showing the price and date of your purchase.
  3. Cobra Ski & Board will forward the item to the manufacturer.
  4. Warranty claims are at the discretion of the Manufacturer.
  5. If your warranty claim is declined then the product will be returned to you and you will be required to pay postage/shipping costs.
  6. If your warranty claim is accepted then the new product will be return to you at no charge.

Cobra Ski & Board is always willing to help. If you think your product is faulty but are not sure whether to send it in, just call us and we'll work it out with you on the telephone.
